Anand: The Anand District Red Cross Society has reported a critical shortage of blood due to reduced donation camps during college and university vacations. The current stock is far below daily requirements, creating life-threatening challenges for patients in need.
Chairman Mr. Devendra Patel and Secretary Mr. Shailubhai Patel have urged citizens to step forward for voluntary blood donation to ensure timely support for emergency cases.
Blood donation is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at: Red Cross Society, Opp. Municipal Corporation Building, Ganesh Chowkdi, Anand. Any healthy individual can donate blood. It is safe for donors and can save a precious life.
