The NSS Unit of Karnavati University successfully organized an Adult CPR Awareness Training for the PG students and staff of the Dentistry Department, with around 50 participants actively participated.

The program was conducted in collaboration with Aashka Hospital. During the session, participants received detailed guidance on how to administer CPR during cardiac arrest, the correct technique for heart compressions, rhythm, chest recoil, emergency response, and primary life saving protocols. Trainers provided live demonstrations followed by hands-on practice, enabling attendees to learn and perform this vital life-saving procedure effectively.
This training was not just a session ” it was a step toward preparedness, responsibility, and humanity“.
The initiative was guided and inspired by Dr. Tariq Ali, Registrar, Karnavati University. The program was efficiently coordinated by Mrs. Anjali Patel, whose leadership ensured smooth and systematic execution of the event by the NSS team.
The CPR training proved to be highly informative and invaluable for all participants. Such programs not only impart knowledge but also strengthen our readiness to save lives.
The key lesson learned that “ sometimes, it is not only a doctor, but a well-trained individual who can save a life.
