A one-day training programme was held at the conference hall of the Collector Office, Anand, where Resident Additional Collector Mr. R. S. Desai conducted an orientation session for approximately 22 newly appointed Revenue Clerks. These clerks were selected as Group-A Revenue Clerks through the examination conducted by the Gaun Seva Pasandgi Mandal and have recently been posted across Anand district.
Addressing the recruits, Mr. R. S. Desai emphasized the importance of continuous learning in building an efficient and responsible workforce. He stated that learning should be a lifelong process and urged the clerks to perform their duties with diligence, integrity, and dedication. He noted that their role offers a valuable opportunity to serve people at the grassroots level and encouraged them to uphold high standards of public service. He warmly welcomed the newly appointed clerks and extended his congratulations.
During the session, Deputy Mamlatdars Mr. Dweep Sutariya, Ms. Manishaben Parmar, Ms. Sheetalben Patel, and Mr. Mehulbhai Parmar briefed the new Revenue Clerks on their key responsibilities, workflow procedures, and best practices. They emphasized maintaining work quality, meeting deadlines, and delivering efficient service across all talukas.
The training session aimed to equip the newly appointed Revenue Clerks with essential administrative knowledge and to ensure their smooth integration into the Anand district revenue administration.
