Charutar Arogya Mandal Lays Foundation for Modern Girls’ Hostel and Advanced Imaging Centre in Karamsad


Karamsad: The Charutar Arogya Mandal organized the foundation stone laying ceremony for two new facilities , a Girls’ Hostel for students and a state-of-the-art Imaging Centre at Shri Krishna Hospital.

The Girls’ Hostel, to be constructed on an area of 4,118 sq. meters, will provide air-conditioned accommodation for 200 students along with modern amenities such as a recreation room, reading room and waiting area for parents. The project, estimated to cost around ₹13–14 crore, is being established with the generous support of donor Shri Pushyantbhai Patel (U.K.).

The foundation stone for the Imaging Centre at Shri Krishna Hospital was laid by Dr. Jitesh Desai, Medical Superintendent. Spread over 1,650 sq. meters across the ground and first floors, the centre will be developed at an estimated cost of ₹14 crore with the benevolent contribution of donor Shri Arvindbhai Patel (U.S.A.).

The ceremony was graced by Shri Amit Patel, Secretary of Charutar Arogya Mandal; members of the Board; Dr. Gauri Trivedi, President of Bhaikaka University; Dr. Abhay Dharamsi, Provost; Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Registrar; along with faculty members, staff, students, and invited guests.
